Amanda Balionis

Alexandra Leigh LaForce born on December 11 1988 was an American journalist also a model, beauty contestant, and winner. She's a reporter for Turner Sports and covers the NBA on TNT. Her previous roles included being the main reporter for SEC games and courtside reporting for basketball games in college. She hosts We Need to Talk for CBS Sports Network. LaForce has also worked as an sportscaster for broadcast and reporter at WJW (a FOX-affiliate in Cleveland). In 2011, she received an Emmy as anchor of FOX8's Friday Night Touchdown football high-school program. The show was named Miss Teen USA in 2005. Also, she played college basketball star at Ohio University. LaForce's pageantry started after she was named Miss Ohio Teen USA in 2005. She won this title at her very first time, back in September 2004. LaForce represented the Ohio participant in Miss Teen USA's pageant in 2005 which was held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on 8 August 2005. LaForce took part in the pageant wearing a swimsuit, evening gown, and the final interview and won Miss Teen USA for 2005. Shelley Hennig, from Louisiana, succeeded her. Her mother, the late Lesa LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. The scholarship went an award to The School for Film and Television, New York City. In addition, she received a modeling contract for one year from Trump Modeling Management. LaForce was also able to be a part of the NBC soap-opera Passions. LaForce was seen across her United States in order to educate people about the dangers of drugs and alcohol consumption, as well as continuing her studies at Ohio's high school.
